Local home prices have more than doubled since 2016, with the median sale price for condominiums and townhomes reaching $290,000, over 150% higher than single-family home prices in July 2016. This growth was driven by in-migration, limited housing supply, scarce developable land, and low mortgage rates during the pandemic.
